Officers have charged a fifth man with the murder of Marcus Innocent, 35 (22.5.77) in Woolwich on 19 November 2012.
He is [M] Raffael Scialo, 24 (dob 1.11.88) of Greenwich. He appears at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 31 January.
The four men previously charged are as follows.
[I] Daniel Burgess, 32 (22.5.80), of Weardale Avenue, Dartford, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on 24 December 2012 charged with the murder of Marcus Innocent.
[P] Perry Lee Sutton, 24 (13/4/88), unemployed, of Green Street Green Road, Dartford, Kent appeared at Bexleyheath Magistrates’ Court on 24 January 2012 charged with:
= murder of Marcus Innocent
= Possession of a self loading pump action smooth bore gun.
[J] Richard Brennan, 28 (3.6.84), of the Greenwich area; and his brother
[Q] Jack Brennan, 21 (1/10/91), of the Greenwich area
appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on 25 January charged with the murder of Marcus Innocent.
[I] was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 7 March 2013. P, J and Q were also remanded in custody to Crown Court – we await further details.
