A man has been charged with murder after the death of a 53-year-old man.
David Warren Jack (born 20/10/1966), of Stott House, Oldham, is charged with murder and will appear before Manchester City Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday 7 February 2013.
Shortly after 1.10pm on Monday 4 February 2013, police were called to a house on Raleigh Close, following reports of a sudden death.
Officers attended and found the body of a 53-year-old man, who has now been identified as Rampersaud Ramnarine .
A Home Office post-mortem examination later revealed he died as a result of neck compression.
