On 4 February 2015 Colin Dickinson aged 48 of Watergate Street, Chester was sentenced to 2 years in prison for assaulting a police officer and CCTV operator.
Dickinson seriously assaulted the officer on Princess Street in Chester on 15 December 2014, leaving him with facial injuries. He then assaulted the CCTV operator who came out to help the officer.
